Our mission is simple; we believe everyone can learn to dance. And we offer a safe and judgement-free space where créative expression, education and exercise are encouraged.
Our goal is to keep the dance community growing, one step at a time by providing dancers of all levels and backgrounds a place for creative self-expression, exercise, education, and social interaction where they can take dance as far as they would like to, whether it be social dance or on stage.
Our vision is to offer a space that allows dancers and all creative minds to come to learn, practice, and grow their individual skills and passions.
OUR CREATIVE STUDIO
Our creative studio space is perfect for movement-based activities such as dance, rehearsals, classes, workshops, special events, and performances. Haliente Creative Studio is also open to arts-based (professional and amateur) activities such as photography, theatre, and art exhibits.
LOCATION & INFO
STUDIO 1 (The Lounge)
Second floor - 1,200 square feet of open space with a 10-foot ceiling. Equipped with a full bar perfect for events.
STUDIO 2
Third floor - 1,200 square feet of open space with a 9-foot ceiling.
Both studios are fully equipped with HVAC, mirrors, sound systems, and numerous lighting options. Each studio has its own washroom, common area, change area, and elevator.
LATIN SOCIALS
Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced dancer, you will feel at home with us. Our social dances and events are designed to adapt to all levels and styles.
A mixture of classic and modern salsa, traditional Bachata and Kizomba are each picked for their groove, upbeat, downbeat, and musicality to keep you dancing all night long.
